Made with 100% Nebbiolo from the Barbaresco region of Piedmont, known for its prestigious wines. Barbaresco undergoes a minimum of 26 months of aging in oak, softening its tannins. This wine is known for its soft red color, violet nose with flavor notes of ripe cherry, cacao, fennel and licorice. This wine lends itself well to aging. Best when served at cellar temperature of 48 to 65F.
