This wine is made from Cortese vines originally planted in 1980’s. After soft pneumatic pressing, it is aged for 6 months in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and bottle aged for an additional 3 to 4 months prior to release. It is straw yellow in color with a floral nose and bright vegetation. On the palate, the wine is crisp with citrus and white flower notes. Clean finish. Serve at (45-55F).
